You like all fruits Check out which should not be combined

It is well known that the fruit is very healthy and tasty. Few people realise, however, that some fruits should not be mixed. Why? This can cause stomach ailments, indigestion, diarrhoea and even severe disruption of the digestive system. How, then, can you combine fruits to avoid problems? Read our guide.
Basic apportionment of the fruit
Fruits occurring in the wild can be divided according to their taste characteristics. So we have fruits:
Sweet – these are bananas, pineapples and mangoes
– these are bananas, pineapples and mangoes Acid – these are lemons, grapefruits, oranges and lime
– they are lemons, grapefruits, oranges and semi-acid lime – they are apples, cherries, grapes, berries, cherries
– they are apples, cherries, grapes, berries, semi-sweet cherries – they are strawberries and peaches
Which ones not to connect?
The most important principle is that we never combine sweet and sour fruits. The effect of such a mixture can be really unpleasant. We will feel bad, we will complain about weakness and stomach problems. Therefore, if you like bananas, do not eat them orange and vice versa.
However, it is possible to easily combine acidic with semi-sweet or sweet with semi-acid fruits – such a combination is healthy and has a positive impact on the condition of the body. Remember these rules especially if you are preparing your own juices in a slow-speed extruder.
Council
Sweet fruits and leafy vegetables are a very advantageous combination. So you can easily prepare pineapple juice with lettuce, for example.
Be careful when taking care of your line
Apart from containing huge amounts of vitamins, fruit is also a source of sugar. Some of them have more of it than just a can of cola! So if you care about your line or have a problem with elevated sugar levels, reduce the amount of sweet fruit you eat. A handful of cherries or half an orange is a better choice for you than e.g. mango or pineapple.
Council
If you love fruit juices, be careful too. They should not be drunk in unlimited quantities. One solution could be to dilute the juice with mineral water.
Finally, remember one more important principle: fruit should never be mixed with honey or sugar. In this form they are a calorific bomb and instead of helping to keep fit, they can cause weight gain.
